Insulating nails or insulating pins for stud welding
Soyer’s IN insulation nails are suitable for stud welding with tip ignition and are primarily used in the installation of thermal, acoustic, and fire protection mats. Insulation nails not only ensure a secure connection to the substrate, but are also weather-resistant when used with the correct clip.

Our insulation nails are available in various styles. Depending on your needs, you can order either stainless steel (A2-50) or standard steel insulation pins. The pins are also available in various lengths (20–100 mm, 30–100 mm, and 20–150 mm) and diameters (2.0 mm, 2.6 mm, and 3 mm)—see the table below:
